Duchesne County Jail Bail Bonds

The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office provides law enforcement services to all areas of Duchesne County and contract cities, as well as co-operative support services to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and organizations.

To protect the lives, property, and rights of all people, to maintain order, and to enforce the law. This will be achieved through the efforts of our experienced and well-trained officers and staff of the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office.  Together, we will improve and maintain the quality of life we enjoy to ensure our County is a safe place to live, work, and visit.

Please be advised that pursuant to Utah Code ‘ 76-3-201, you are required to reimburse the County of Duchesne for a portion of the cost of your housing while incarcerated. You may be charged for every day you are housed in Duchesne County Jail, including pre-trial detention time and days spent before bonding out, medical, eye, dental, and prescriptions expenses. You will be also charged for any transportation fees.
